Sharon Johnson Rion is an experienced administrator with almost 40 years in leadership positions. Her career has included serving as administrator, warden and project director, responsible for the start-up of state prisons, local jails and prisoner transportation services in the U.S., Australia, and England. She has a wealth of achievements on both the corporate and facility level. She is also past president of the Association of Women Executives in Corrections.
Marge Fajardo is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and President of Key Results. A recognized leader in the coaching profession since 1997, Marge is known for her ability to create awareness and stimulate actions that generate transformational results for groups and individuals.
Charlotte Stallings as a former Vice President of Investment Strategies and a Spokesperson for American Express, Charlotte is passionate about teaching individuals how to shape their futures. With wit and humor, she generates warmth and inspires any audience to effective action.
Mario C. Cotton has more than 15 years of solid business experience, including supervision, training, teaching, coaching, and motivating. Mario is a highly-respected expert, known for his dynamic and powerful presentations specializing in EEO Law, Cultural Diversity, and supervisory trainings.
Carmella Jones joined the Texas Association of Counties in 1999. Prior to joining TAC, she served as the Sheriff of Armstrong County for two terms. She was appointed as a Commissioner on the Texas Jail Standards Commission and Director of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas. In 2008, she was selected as a member to the Texas Jail Association’s Hall of Fame.
We will have another wonderful Leadership Panel with successful female leaders in the fields of criminal justice.
Sign-in/Registration will be on March 29, 2011 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on March 30, 2011 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. The confernece will begin on March 30, 2011, at 8:00 am and conclude at 12:00 pm on April 1, 2011.
As with all Special Program Division trainings, for every 3 paid registrations from one Agency, a fourth registration is free.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
