In order to receive EARLY registration discount, the registration must be postmarked, if mailed, by April 15, 2011, received via fax by April 15, 2011, or processed online by April 15, 2011.
Registration fee includes access to all educational sessions, conference materials, access to exhibit area, welcome reception including a complimentary drink ticket, a single ticket to the Awards Banquet which includes a complimentary drink ticket, continental breakfast on educational session days, and a full breakfast prior to the Business Meeting.
You must call the hotel prior to April 22, 2011 to ensure you receive the conference rate of $117 for single and double occupancy, $142 for triple, and $167 for Quadruple.

The first tour is on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 2:00 pm of the Dominguez State Jail. The facility houses offenders who have been convicted and sentenced to a state jail felony where the sentence ranges from 6 months to 2 years. The facility has a capacity of 2275 offenders. The facility has offenders that train dogs so that they may provide assistance to the visually impaired as well as law enforcement.
The second tour is on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at 2:00 pm of the San Antonio Metro Parole Office. This tour will provide a glimpse at an innovative way in which to provide supervision for released offenders. This office incorporates numerous resources under one roof: The Day Resource Center (DRC) which targets high-risk offenders and offers a comprehensive approach to supervision with programs promoting personal growth, responsibility and accountability; Global Positioning System (GPS) monitoring, urinalysis testing, and job search resources.

Cancellation Policy:
If paid, full refunds will be given to those who cancel in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the training. A refund of 70% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request for cancellation and refund of conference or program fees is submitted less than thirty (30) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program. If unpaid, those who cancel in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the training will have all fees waived. When a written request for cancellation is submitted less than thirty (30) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program, the participant will be responsible for 30% of the conference rate at the time they registered. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel in writing prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
