- Implement the full array of Cognitive Behavioral and Offense-Specific curricula for juvenile or adult individuals
- Teach understanding and appreciation of one’s own communication and learning style and the styles of others by using the NCTI Real Colors Personality instrument.
- This training is accredited by the American Probation &
- Parole Association (APPA),and is approved for 35 Contact Hours.
- With this training, NCTI offers practitioners in the field of community corrections a comprehensive array of Cognitive Behavioral and Offense specific Curricula.
- These curricula clearly align with Evidence-Based principles that research has proven to be effective in reducing recidivism. NCTI curricula are primarily designed for medium and high risk offenders, however, NCTI also has curricula available to address lower risk offenders.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
