Registration for the conference is:
APAI Member - $350, if registration is received BEFORE to April 16, 2010
APAI Member - $390, if registration is received AFTER to April 16, 2010
NON Member - $400, if registration is received BEFORE to April 16, 2010
NON Member - $440, if registration is received AFTER to April 16, 2010
In order to receive EARLY registration discount, the registration must be postmarked, if mailed, by April 16, 2010, received via fax by April 16, 2010, or processed online by April 16, 2010.
Registration fee includes access to all educational sessions, conference materials, access to exhibit area, welcome reception including a complimentary drink ticket, a single ticket to the Awards Banquet which includes a complimentary drink ticket, continental breakfast on educational session days, and a full breakfast prior to the Business Meeting.
You must call the hotel prior to April 17, 2010 to ensure you receive the conference rate of $106 for single and double occupancy, $131 for triple, and $156 for Quadruple.

Cancellation Policy:
If paid, full refunds will be given to those who cancel in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the training. A refund of 70% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request for cancellation and refund of conference or program fees is submitted less than thirty (30) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program. If unpaid, those who cancel in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the training will have all fees waived. When a written request for cancellation is submitted less than thirty (30) working days prior to the scheduled start of the program, the participant will be responsible for 30% of the conference rate at the time they registered. The Correctional Management Institute of Texas reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel in writing prior to the training or for those who fail to attend. Substitutions are permitted at anytime.
