Dawn Mathis has served in the DEA since 1989. Through her efforts, a network of organizations across Texas collaborates and coordinates to educate, train, and expose the public to the benefits of drug prevention.

Cynthia Jasso Arredondo is a nationally-recognized speaker on drug trends and school safety issues. She has worked in the field of substance abuse for more than 10 years.
 
Diane Blanchard shares her experience of losing her son to drug overdose and the tragedies of other young people in similar situations.
 
Roseanna Ruiz, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, started the Re-entry Program at the Houston Mayor’s Office. She received the Governor’s Criminal Justice Volunteer of the Year Award in 2006.

John Graham has served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Customs Service, the U.S. Border Patrol, and as a deputy sheriff in Texas. He was a member of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and a Marine Interdiction Agent working Air Support Drug Interdiction.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
