The Correctional Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University is proud to present “How to Keep Climbing the Success Ladder” and other useful tools to becoming an even more successful leader featuring Charlotte Stallings, well known speaker, author and coach who has worked with some of the world’s most successful corporations and associations, from executive leaders to salespeople to employees.
Her high energy presentations are designed to motivate you into accomplishment and success. During this program participants will examine several critical areas, including communication, creative and strategic problem solving, and team dynamics. Participants will also learn what drives each of four distinct generations in the workplace and how to bring them together, across generational lines, to achieve success. In addition, participants will learn about trends affecting all businesses and organizations and understand what must be mastered to lead through challenging times.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
