Dr. Gaylene Armstrong is an Associate Professor in the College of Criminal Justice and Research Director for the Correctional Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University. She has worked on numerous grants and is a grant reviewer for the National Institute of Justice, the Bureau of Justice Assistance, and others.
John Graham has been the author of grants totaling in excess of one million dollars. He has worked on grants at the federal, state, and local levels. John has a background in corrections, juvenile probation, and law enforcement, and brings vast experience in criminal justice to his programs.
The University Hotel is located at the corner of Bobby K. Marks and Bearkat Boulevard on the campus of Sam Houston State University. Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted. If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
